Frequently asked questions
Who sees my dreams?
Only you. Dreams aren't published; there is no feed and no strangers in Zizzz. You can share yourself: download the photo, Story or film.
Do you need my face?
No. The first-person film needs no face. If you want to be in frame, the photo is yours only, optional, and deleted in one tap.
Are my dreams used to train AI?
No. We don't train models and don't share your dreams for training. Ready-made models only process the request.
How do I delete a dream or my account?
A dream — with the Delete button: text, frames and video are removed. Your account — in the profile: all dreams and files are removed.
How much does it cost?
The diary, dream map and reading are free; 3 photos or Stories a day are free when you follow our channel. Films cost ✦ credits, from 100 ✦.
Why follow the channel?
That's how we unlock free generations: they aren't free for us, and the channel is how we share what's new. Unfollow — free use stops, purchased credits stay.
Can I get a refund?
If a film fails on our side, the credits return to your balance automatically. Money refunds go through the payment system you used (Telegram Stars, Crypto Pay, lava.top); e-mail us at [email protected].
Why Telegram?
Signing in with Telegram means no passwords or e-mail. Your dreams and credits are tied to your Telegram account and available both in the bot and on the website.
What's the minimum age?
13.
What can't be filmed?
Sexual content and anything that could harm children — AI won't film those. Heavy or scary dreams are fine; if a dream seems distressing, we'll show a support screen.
Who owns the photo, Story and film?
You do: download, post, share. Downloaded photos and Stories carry a small Zizzz mark.
Which languages does Zizzz speak?
English and Russian: tell your dream in either — the reply comes in the dream's language.
